World Cancer Research Fund use lead-lined panels by Midland Lead Healthcare


Midland Lead Healthcare is one of the few UK manufacturers of lead-lined boards and medical lead for radiation shielding applications.

We have combined knowledge of shielding technology with our experience in manufacturing lead sheet to produce a wide selection of lead-lined boards and related products suitable for radiation protection in the healthcare sector.

Recently our lead-lined boards and our thin medical lead sheet have been used or specified in prestigious UK projects in London and Leicester. In London, our lead-lined boards are used at the head office premises of the World Cancer Research Fund – the leading national charity for research and education programmes into the prevention of cancer. In Leicester our thin lead sheet and lead-lined panels have been used in the radiology department of Leicester General Hospital.
