Track your delivery

We are pleased to inform you that – due to our transport and distribution partnership with Pallex – we are now able to offer you consignment traceability as well as electronic proof of delivery (EPOD).

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation with your sales order number via email. Enter your sales order number into the Delivery traceability tool below, which will direct you to a (Pallex) web page with two tabs:

• for ‘track and trace’
• for EPOD details

On the ‘track and trace’ tab, you will need to look for a tick in the final box, ‘C&D Scan’, which will tell you whether your order has been scanned onto a collection and delivery vehicle and is out for delivery that day.

The EPOD details page will tell you who has signed for the consignment and also show the exact time and date that the delivery was received. This information will be visible within seconds of the delivery being made.
