WHERE DO YOU WANT TO WORK?
SALES OFFICE
We sell to markets as diverse as construction, healthcare and heritage, and those different markets require different roles. Our sales positions for the heritage and construction market include Telesales Operatives, Customer Service Advisors and Business Development Managers on the road. For our Healthcare sector our experienced Specification Consultants form an important part of the sales team.
Visiting or speaking to our existing customers and new prospects, these people are ‘the voice and face’ of Midland Lead. Understanding our customers’ business needs and building a mutual beneficial relationship is their main task, whether that involves delivering staff product training, representing the company at trade open days, placing orders on the system, dealing with complaints or simply knowing how, when and what to sell.
Previous sales experience would be fantastic but it’s not essential, more important will be the way you are with customers, good communication skills and the desire to take ownership of your customer base.
