We’re the experts in cast, rolled and sandcast lead, but we’ve never been complacent. That’s why we’ve been conducting an industry-wide research exercise – we wanted to understand what our customers really want – now and in the future – so that we can shape our offering to match our customers’ requirements.

From focus groups and telephone interviews, to in-depth face-to-face interviews, this research is unprecedented in the lead industry and is central to our mission to be the best quality supplier in the sector, with an unrivalled reputation for exceptional customer service and products which consistently exceed expectations.

Whether or not you are a current Midland Lead customer, if you work in the lead industry we’d still like to hear from you; we’re seeking the views and opinions of everyone – from direct merchants to installers, and independent roofers to large-scale contractors. Whatever your role, we’d love to hear your views.
