You’ve probably all spoke to her on the phone… Francine Mason works in the sales office, where she deals with sales enquiries, processes sales orders, deals with delivery queries and much, much more. After more than 2 years in our sales office, we wouldn’t know what to do without this friendly and efficient accountancy & finance graduate…

• Loves: “My kids, cats and my new car – a white VW scirocco”
• Next purchase: “No money for a next big purchase at the moment. I’ve just bought a new car two months ago, so can’t afford anything else apart from diesel….”
• Dream holiday: “My dream holiday includes any destination near a good beach. On my next holiday I’m going to Australia, visiting family & friends near Sydney. But I don’t really see that as holiday, for me that’s going back home really.”
• Never seen without: “Vaseline and my phone”
• Often heard saying: “No coffee for me, it’s after twelve now…”
• Fuel type: “Anything I don’t have to cook! I can’t stand cooking!”

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: “I like the people I work with, colleagues and customers. We have a laugh – most of the times. And, I love filing!”

Q: Where can we find you outside the office?

A: “I’d like to say you’d find me in the gym after work, but it’s more likely you’ll find me at home – where I live with my husband and 3 youngest children – in bed!”

Q: What’s your biggest challenge at the moment?

A:“Being Australian born and bred, my biggest challenge at the moment is getting through another English winter, the rain, the wet and the cold!”
