Now and again we – and our customers – receive lead orders that turn out to be scams. But with our 30 years’ experience in the lead business, we know what signs to look out for when it comes to dubious lead orders. Here, we’d like to share our tips with you. Hopefully we can prevent lead scams from happening to you.

Signs to look out for:

• Incomplete contact details: We’ve noticed that the person who contacts us or our customer over the phone, never gives their full name or contact details. Orders are mostly placed with only first name and mobile number as contact details – no surname, company name or work number.
• Urgent delivery needed: the order(s) placed is always urgent. Sometimes next day delivery is required or even collection from Midland Lead’s premises.
• Large quantity of lead ordered: The orders placed have been large orders for the value of +/-
