7 months into his job within the sales office and Kyle feels like he’s been a part of the Midland Lead family for years. Talking to existing customers and prospecting is all part of a days working in the role of Telesales and he loves being one of the voices of the company. Previously working in the sports industry, Kyle has been involved in a number of different initiatives within the company-involving customer training, new product launches and award ceremonies. Kyle is currently preparing for a Triathlon with Midland Leads Office Manager Richard Gee later in the year.
We grabbed Kyle for 10 minutes to find out all his likes and dislikes.
What did you do before working at Midland Lead?
I’ve done some part time work with Derby County F.C., but this is my first full-time job.
Best thing about working at Midland Lead?
We have great working environment and it feels like a family rather than work colleagues, which makes coming to work a joy rather than a chore.
Biggest achievement whilst working at Midland Lead?
I’ve managed to attract a few big new customers to the business, which is always a great feeling. I love playing my part and gaining new business is a great way to see the business expand further, something that gives me great satisfaction.
A whole day of sitting in front of the telly on the sofa, watching Super Sunday, finished off with a big roast dinner.
The Maldives, always has and always will be.
Song you just can’t stop listening to currently
I never thought I would say it, but I think I’ve officially become a ‘Belieber’, so it has to be ‘Sorry’
Tea or Coffee?
It’s a close call but I’ve recently found a love for tea with a spoonful of honey.
Olympic Sport you’d love to win gold in?
It has to be 100m sprint!
