TRANSPORT COORDINATOR
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic transport coordinator to join our operations team. The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating the distribution of our products throughout the UK and also Worldwide. The role includes load planning, organising third party haulage, preparing delivery paperwork and liaising with other company departments to ensure the smooth running of the distribution operation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience working in a busy transport office environment
- A proactive approach and good organisational skills
- The ability to complete work to a high level of accuracy and to tight deadlines
- A co-operative attitude and be able to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- The ability to cope when placed under pressure by the changeable nature of the distribution work environment
Hours: 40 per week min – some flexibility will be required
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Holidays: 22 per annum
COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic professional to supervise the Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems within our company. The role includes the day to day administration required to ensure compliance with OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and our approved quality plan. The role also includes the challenge of delivering a successful ISO9001 accreditation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation
- A proactive approach and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to cope when placed under pressure
Hours: 40 per week min
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Holidays: 22 per annum
TELESALES OPERATIVE
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic telesales person to join our small but busy team in South Derbyshire. Within this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively seeking new business by targeting a combination of existing customers and prospective customers, along with processing and actively chasing live enquires. Managing your own accounts on a day to day basis, you will ensure agreed sales targets are continuously met, achieving margins and increasing sales within your designated area.
Candidates for this role will have previous experience within a demanding sales environment and will have a proven record of delivering results, on time. A strong Team player you will be capable of managing your own workload, self-motivated and will be able to track your own performance. Experience within the Construction Industry would be an advantage however is not essential.
