A warm welcome to our new recruits

We’re delighted to announce that the year started well for Midland Lead with new recruits joining in several departments across the company.

Industry professional Lynn Street has joined as newly appointed sales and marketing manager to lead the commercial team. With 20 years’ experience in the industry behind her, Lynn is also a director of the initiative Women in Roofing and has experience in all aspects of roofing from specification to supply.

The new appointments show the continued investment we are making to our customer service department, as Lynn comments: “The focus this year will be to build on the success of 2017. Midland Lead is a company that really understands customer service excellence and we need to ensure that each and every customer and stakeholder receives the service they have come to expect.”

Other new appointments to the company’s sales team include Martin Wall and Shelley Lakin as customer relationship advisors and Francine Mason as sales office supervisor, who will continue to drive this commitment to Midland Lead’s customers.

While new regional sales manager Greg Morrison has been appointed to ensure the company has a dedicated point of contact in Scotland.

Our new additions to the team will be instrumental in showing how Midland Lead can provide the support that is to be expected of a company with 35 years of experience behind it.
