Midland Lead is very proud to be working together with this ‘outstanding’-rated building college. For their introductory lead courses, Midland Lead supplies the machine cast lead sheet and some of the ancillaries. Each course is run over 2 days and costs £220 per person, with a maximum of 6 students on each course. The courses are run throughout the year on a supply-on-demand basis. The ‘basic sheet lead welding’ course aims to provide basic training for tradesmen relating to the roofing industry, such as plumbers and roofers. Students will undertake basic bossing and welding techniques needed to be able to prefabricate the weathering components used on domestic housing.
